We used Blue One to pre-schedule our rides for my family of 8. Over the course of 7 days our shuttle was at our service, off the plane in PIE to our hotel, then at our hotel to take us to our cruise port, then after our cruise we’re waiting to take us to our hotel, then next day, picked us up and took us to PIE airport. Drivers were so courteous and professional and pleasant to talk to. So glad we used them for our trip. Highly recommend!
Simply the best! Couldn't find the shuttle bus pickup in TPA but dispatch led me to it! Can't beat the price and certainly can't beat the service. I used 3 times on our trip for a cruise. Absolutely the best service.
Hugo recently transported us from the airport to port and back. He was great, van was clean. Making a reservation was very quick and easy. No complaints, highly recommend, will definitely be using them again in the future!
Fantastic service! We shuttled from the cruise port to airport and forgot a phone on the shuttle. Called them they found it and Carlos went out of his way to bring it back to the airport for me.
The drivers and coordinators shuttling our guests from the Marriott on Water St. to Tampa airport were among the best I've ever worked with. They quickly figured out the flow and timing resulting in flawless rides. Not one guest complained and, even better, many complimented us. We arrange transportation in many cities across the country and most are mediocre, or worse. Blue One is top notch, professional, and friendly! Looking forward to working with them again!
Jason was great! We used this service for 7 people going to the cruise and all 18 of us after the cruise. They were ready, waiting, and helped us carry our bags and cross the busy intersections! Stellar service both times! Highly recommend!
Reliable, stress-free, friendly and on-time service in a clean vehicle. I booked by telephone for a ride from Tampa airport to the hotel. The person who spoke with me patiently and kindly explained how the service works and the price was the same as the other options I looked at. I was sent a confirmation email and text. The driver was on time, courteous, polite and helpful with luggage, and for me to get in and out of the vehicle, and gave me some information about the city and preferred areas to live in Tampa. The driver arrived slightly early for my return trip to the airport. I felt safe and the whole experience was nothing short of perfect. I will certainly use this service next time I visit Tampa. I highly recommend Blue One Transportation.
